Mr. McKinney is the recipient of the inaugural Nor-Cal Legend Award, presented to the Nor-Cal Filmmaker who has represented a career of innovation and who has paved the way for other Northern California based filmmakers. Sacramento International Film Festival is proud to initiate this tradition in honor of Mr. McKinney.
